Gdynia City Logistics is a new, modern warehouse designed to meet the challenges of the today’s market. The warehouse offers approximately 22,140㎡ of modern logistics and office space. The facility covers an area of 37,900 ㎡, of which 20,810㎡ is dedicated to warehouse purposes. Offices are conveniently located on two levels, occupying an area of 1,330㎡.
The industrial and warehouse micro location makes the project suitable for multiple types of operations including port-related services, inner-city logistics / last mile delivery and e-commerce. The planned Red Road and northern ring road of the Tri-City agglomeration (OPAT) will provide a direct connection between Gdynia Port and national highway system, including S6 expressway, allowing smooth deliveries within the Tri City and further afield Poland.
The investment is being developed in the spirit of sustainable manner and will pass BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Pro-ecological solutions will ensure energy efficiency and significantly reduce operating costs. In addition, the facility will be equipped with electric car charging stations and employees will be able to relax in the outdoor relaxation area during breaks.

Gdynia City Logistics is located in the northern part of Gdynia, very close to the Port, only 9 km away from the city centre and sub 30’ drive from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport.
The project sits in the vicinity of S6 express route & highway. In the coming years, the construction of the Red Road is planned. It will provide a direct connection of the Gdynia Port with the national road network, including the S6 express route.
